The Ranger is Ford's mid-size truck, and, like it's big brothers, it packs a punch. You don't get quite as much flexibility on the Ranger as you do with Ford's larger trucks, but you still get the option of a six-foot or five-foot bed, and you can choose between 4x2 and 4x4 driving.

There are three trims depending on how much you need your Ranger to do. The Ranger XL is great for anyone who doesn't want any bells and whistles. If you're looking for some added technology and convenience features, the Ranger XLT is for you. Of course, the Ranger Lariat will give you premium comfort, infotainment, style and more.

There's only one powertrain option, a solid 2.3-liter EcoBoost® inline-four engine generating 270 horsepower and 310 pound-feet of torque. This allows the Ranger to tow up to 7,500 pounds when properly equipped. Since the average weight of a camper is between 5,000-6,000 pounds, the Ford Ranger is terrific for most of your everyday Hamilton needs.

The Super Duty name covers the F-250, F-350 and F-450, with the primary difference being how heavy of a load they're equipped for. The bigger the number, the heavier the load, and as the name suggests, these are the super duty trucks for those of you that have big, heavy jobs to get done in Springdale. Like the F-150, each of these comes in a variety of trims and bodies, and you can choose from several engines to get the power you need.

It should be no surprise that the Super Duty trims give you a similar choice as the F-150. If you're just looking for a truck that will definitely get the job done, the XL trim gives you a SYNC® infotainment system to provide some basic entertainment while you work, but it's primarily focused on just that: the work. As you move up the trims, though, you'll be able to get a SYNC® 3 system, leather seats, a moonroof and additional safety features.

The base engine on the F-250 and F-350 trucks is a 6.2-liter V8 which will generate 430 pound-feet of torque. You can upgrade to the 7.3-liter V8 for a boost up to 475 pound-feet of torque or choose the diesel 6.7-liter V8 for up to 1,050 pound-feet of torque. That last one is standard on the F-450, giving it a maximum towing capacity of just over 24,000 pounds.
